I, Allen Rogers of the Conty of Wake and State of North Carolina, being in health and sound mind and memory do make this my last will and Testament, in manner & form following. To Wit Item 1st My will is that my Executors or Executrix(s), herein after nam'd, pay all my just debts. Item 2nd I give devise and bequeath to my two sisters, Rebeca [sic] Rogers and Sarah Rogers, all the property I now possess or hereafter may possess, consisting of Lands, Negroes, Money, Rail Road Stock, House Hold and Kitchen furniture, Stock of every kind, consisting of Horses, Mules, Cattle, Hogs and Sheep. All bonds & notes, and all Other property of what kind soever and all the residue of my property to them and their heirs forever. And lastly I make and ordain my two sisters above named, Rebecca Rogers & Sarah Rogers Executors or Executrix(s) to this my last will and Testament, and it is my will that they nor either of them shall return any any [sic] Inventory but shall & may at any time proceed to collect & pay debts due or owing to my Estate.
