                   NOTICE
   Having, at August Session of Wake County Court, qualified as Executor of 
the last will and testament of WILLIAM HOLLOWAY, deceased, this is to give 
notice to all persons indebted to said estate to make immediate payment, and 
those having claims against said estate must present them in the time 
prescribed by law, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.
