Notice

Is given by the subscribers who at the last county Court of Warren qualified 
as Executors of Philip Alston, dec. late of Warren County that indulgence 
cannot be given to those indebted to the estate and all those who have claims 
against the estate must present them within the time prescribed by law 
otherwise this notice will be plead in bar of their recovery.
