--HENRY FITTS, and OLIVIA D. FITTS; FRANK M. FITTS, ANN FITTS, MARY D. FITTS, 
GEORGE C. FITTS and OLIVER D. FITTS, infants by their guardian, M. M. DRAKE, 
ex parte.

PETITION TO SELL LAND

  By virtue of a decree made in this cause by the Hon. Court of Equity, at 
April Term, 1859, I shall proceed to sell to the highest bidder, at public 
auction, at the Court House door, in the town of Warrenton, on Tuesday, the 
23rd of August next, on a Credit of one and two years, with interest from 
date, the tract of land of which the late MRS. HARRIET FITTS died seized and 
possessed, containing by estimation,sixteen hundred and twenty eight (1628) 
acres lying and being in the County of Warren, upon the waters of Six Pound 
Creek, adjoining the lands of M. M. DRAKE, NATHAN MILAM, WM. C. DRAKE, HARRIET 
THRAWER, AND S. J. ELLIS. On said land is a good dwelling house and all the 
necessary out houses and the plantation in good repair. An opportunity to 
purchase so valuable a tract of land seldom presents itself in this county. 
Bonds with approved security will be required of the purchaser.
