Petition for sale of Lands

It appearing to the satisfaction of the court that John Alston, James Alston, 
William Macon and Charity, his wife, formerly Charity Alston, are not 
inhabitants of this state. It is ordered that publication be made as to the 
non-residents aforesaid named in the bill of the petitioners notifying them to 
appear at the next term of said court to be held for the county aforesaid in 
Warrenton on the 3d Monday after the 4th Monday in March next, otherwise 
judgment will be taken pro confesso against them.
