MR. NATHAN A. WATKINS
You will take notice that on the 12 and 13th days of Sept. 1861,in the Court 
House of Warrenton in the County of Warren, and the State of North Carolina, 
the depositions of JOHN L. QUISDALE and others will be taken by the subscriber 
to be read as evident on behalf of the Plaintiff upon the trial of a suit now 
pending in the Court of Equity, of the County of Waren, and the State of North 
Carolina, between myself, Plaintiff, and yourself and others, Defendants.
