   In the last Warrenton paper, printed by DAVISON, we observe as the first 
thing under the Warrenton head, the following important appointment, for which 
intelligence his numerous and distant subscribers will no doubt be highly 
gratified: 
   "RICHARD DAVISON, Magistrate of Police."
   BEAU DAVISON, P.P.P.P.D., is appointed Mayor of the City of Warrenton. To 
those who may not be able to decipher all the titles, the following 
explanation will serve as explanation: Pikemaster, Preacher, Printer, and 
formerly Printer's Devil in GALE'S office.
