But should my said wife again marry then my will is that she shall only take or keep one-third of my estate real and personal during her life. In the second place it is my will and desire that after my wife’s death the whole of my estate shall be equally divided between my two grand daughters Damsel Vaughan Coghill and Mary Francis Coghill daughters of my deceased son Zachariah Coghill, but should one of them die without child or children the other have all the property and should both die without children then it is my will that my estate be equally divided between the children of my brother Thomas Coghill and the children of my brother in law Spell Mounger. It is also my will that in case either of my grand daughters should marry that my wife may make such advancements or she may like taking into consideration of the terms of this my will and such advancements she will if she thinks proper make to both of them should they both marry. Should my wife again marry and pending her covertures my two grand daughters aforesaid should die having no child or children then and in that case it is my will that two thirds of my estate shall be divided between the children of my brother Thomas Coghill and the children of Spell Mounger. And the other third shall be divided in like manner after my wife’s death. I appoint my wife Mary Coghill Executrix and Spell Mounger aforesaid my Executor of this my last will. The last will and testament of Reubin Coghill, dec’d was exhibited in open court for probate and the due execution thereof was favored by the oaths of John D Hawkins and Etheldred? Green, two of the subscribing witnesses thereto and on ??? is ordered to be Recorded – Where upon Spell Mounger the Executor thereon named ???? into court + qualified according to Laws.
