In the Name of God Amen I Joseph Harriss of Warren County Do make and Declare
this my Last will and Testament in manner and form Viz: first of all I bequeath
my Soul unto the hand of Almighty God hoping and believing A remission of my
Sins by the Merits and meditation of Jesus Christ and my Body I Commit to the
Earth to be buried at the Discretion of my Executors here after Mentioned And my
worldly Estate I Give and Devise as follows….
Item I Give and Dispose To Henry Harris The son of Joel Harris And Alsey Harriss
the son of Amos Harriss All and Every part and Parcel and appurtenance of My
Lands and plantations which I am now sessed with to be Equally Devided Between
them both 
Item I Give and Dispose to Elizabeth Harriss five pound Cash
Item I Give and Dispose to Amey Harriss one feather Bed &furniture
Item I Give to Henry Harriss son of Joel Harriss and Alsey Harriss son of Amos
Harris to be Equally Devided Between them both, My horsses Cattle sheep and hogs
and Tools of all kind Money and house hold furniture to them and their heirs for
Ever………
Reserving a Maintainnance for my sister Sarah Harriss during al her Life……..
Item I Do nomenate  and Appoint Joel Harriss and Amos Harriss Executors of this
my Last will and Testament and do revoke all other wills & Requests  In Witnes
here of I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 6th of January in the year of
Our Lord & Christ 1782
