Item I Give & Bequeath to my Son Claiborne Harris half the tract of my Land to be laid off on the upper part to the tract next to John Egertons land & part of which He has Sold By my Consent to his Brother James likewise One Negro Girl named Kate One Negro fellow Chance One Negro fellow Nabow A Negro Girl Joan a Negro Girl Faithy A Negro Man Abram & Negro Boy Sharper & one feather Bed & furniture to him & his Heirs forever. Item I Give & Bequeath to my Son James Harris the other half of my Land including the Plantation One Negro fellow Scott One Negro Girl Lydia one Negro fellow Shaw One Negro Boy Pointer One Negro fellow Jacob One Negro fellow Chavas One Negro Woman Amey & one feather Bed & furniture to him & his heirs forever. This James Harris appears to be the son of Robert Harris and Ann Fulgham. His father in his will left him half on his property.
