Imprimis{ I give my Soul unto the hands of Almighty God who gave it me Surely trusting and Nothing doubting through the Merrits and Intervension of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have full pardon of all my Sins and as for what wordly Goods it has pleased God to bestow on me I give as follows. Item{ I give to my Son arher Harris the land whereon he now lives beginning on the piney branch on a Red oak on Rowlands line Running west to a white oak thence to a maple thence to a hicary on the S.o Side of bens Creak thence up the s.d Creak to a poppler thence N.o along a line of Mark.d trees to a Spanish oak thence E.t to a Red oak on the piney branch then down the S.d branch to the first beginning. Item{ I give to my Son Edwin Harris the land whereon he now lives beginning on the piney branch on a Red oak thence up S.d branch to a poplar thence aW.t Corn to a black jack thence S.o to a Spanish oak thence E.t to the first Station. My will and desire is that my dearly beloved wife Susanah Harris Shall have the land and Plantation whereon I Now live In during her Life and after her Dis.e my Desire is that my Son Joel Harris Should have the land and plantation beginning at a popplar on the N.o Side of bens Creak thence N.o to a black jack thence w.t to a Red oak thence S.o to a Sweet Gum on bens Creak thence down the S.d Creak to the first station. I also Give to my Son Joel Harris two Cows & Calves one bed and furniture one Still only my Desire is that all the heirs of my Estate Shall have the Liberty of Stilling their Liquors or free cast. Item{ I Give to my loving Son Michal Harris the land and plantation joining Nath.l Felts beginning on a Sweat Gum on the North Side of Ben Creak Running N.t to a Red oak thence west to a black jack on the Meadow branch thence down the S.d branch to benn creak thence down the s.d Creak to the first Station. also one bed and furniture. My will and desire is that my fore Sons archer Harris Edwin Harris Michal Harris & Joel Harris at the time of their taking full posesion of the Said land Given to them by me Should Each of them pay my son Herbert Harris ten pounds Virginia money to make him Equal with them in my Estate. Item{ I Give to my Son Harbert Harris one Cow and Calf. Item{ I Give to my Son Mathew Harris Six Shillings Virginia Money. Item{ I Give to my daughter Malley Nicholson forty Pounds Virginia money to be levied out of my Estate and one Cow and Calf. Item{ I Give to my loving wife Susanah Harris two wheels and Carts one pot one dutch oven one Desk one tee Kettle two Dishes Case and bottles one beadstead one Mare bridle &Saddle as her own Right and property to have or dispose off as She Sees Cause and after the forty pounds Virginia Money is Raised out of my Estate for my daughter moley Nicholson my Desire is that my loving wife Susanah Harris should have the Residue of my Estate Induring her life and after her Dec’e to be Equally Divided between Archer Harris Edwin Harris Harbert Harris Michal Harris Molley Nicholson & Joel Harris – and I appoint Brittain Nicholson and Susanah Harris whole and Sole Executors of this my Last will and testament.
