Item I Lend and bequeath to my Wife Catey all and Every part and percel of my whole Effects prosessions after my Lawful Debts are paid, to her proper Wright an title During her Life. Item I Give and Dispose to my Son David after the Decease of my wife my Tract of Land on hills Branch to him and his heir for Ever. Item I Give and Dispose to my son Jones after the Decease of my Wife my Tract of Land on Greens Branch to him and his heirs for Ever. Item the Remain of my personal Estate at the decease of my Wife to be Equally Divided Amongst my suviing Children. Item I Do nomenate and appoint my Wife Catey and Stephen Marshall Junor Executors of this Last will and Testament and Do revoke all other wills and requeats In Witness hearof I have hearunto Set my hand and Seal This 28th of December in the year of hour Lord and Christ 1789.
