I wish that all of my property to remain as it now is So long as my wife Elizabeth .C. RIGGAN lives and enjoy the benefits thereof her life, and at her death I wish to have all of my estate Sold and equally divided amongst my Children except my daughter Elizabeth LITTLE to whom I give One Hundred dollars, $100., more than the rest of my Children in testimony whereof I have Set my hand in presence of these witnesses- this 16th of December 1866 James RIGGAN X his mark witness } D.R.
