    vs.

EPHRAIM and LARKIN SNOW

Original Attachment -- Levied upon the estate and effects of the Defendants, 
in the hands of SAMUEL CHILD and summoned him as Garnishee in writing per copy 
of the summons returned herewith, May 29, 1820.

At the foresaid  August Term, 1820, Judgment by default and enquiry against 
EPHRAIM and LARKIN SNOW, 
Ordered by the Court that publication be made in the Edenton Gazette for 90 
days that unless the said EPHRAIM and LARKIN SNOW appear and plead to said 
action on the next November Term, 1820, of our said Court, final judgment will 
be entered up against them.
