LEVAN BOZMAN
   vs.
LEMUEL BRYANT

The Defendant, LEMUEL BRYANT of Martin County, being served with a subpoena 
and copy of the Complainant's Bill, ordered that 60 days notice be given him 
to plead, answer or demur to the Complainants  Bill at next Term.
