November Term, 1819

LEVAN BOZMAN

    vs.

JAMES R. ALLIN, LAZARUS MADDOX and ISAAC EDWARDS, residents of the State of 
Virginia

Original Attachment -- Returnable to this Court at this Term

It is ordered that public notice be given to the said JAMES R. ALLIN, LAZARUS 
MADDOX and ISAAC EDWARDS, for three months in the Edenton Gazette that unless 
they appear at the next Term of the said Court to be held for the County of 
Washington at the Court House in said County on the third Monday of February 
next, and replevy their estate and plead to said action, final judgment will 
be entered up agains them.
