Original Attachment -- Levied upon the estate and effects of the Defendants in 
the hands of THOMAS COX and summoned THOMAS COX as Garnishee

Ordered that publication be made for three months in the Edenton Gazette that 
unless they appear at the next term of said Court on the third Monday in 
November next, replevy their estate and plead to said action, final judgment 
will be entered up against them.
