Ezekial Bonner
Vs.
Charles H. Sulkman

Attachment: P.O. Picot called as Garnishee

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that Charles H. 
Sulkman is not a resident of this State; it is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Edenton Gazette 
notifying said defendant non-resident unless he appears at our next Court of 
Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for said County at the Court House in 
Plymouth on the third Monday in August next. Final judgment will be entered up 
against him and the money in the hands of P.O. Picot, garnishee, will be 
condemned to satisfy the said judgment.
