February Term, 1820

ISAAC FALSOM

   vs.

JOHN O. WEBSTER

Original Attachment -- Returnable to this Court at this Term

It is ordered that public notice be given to the said JOHN O. WEBSTER by 
advertisement in the Edenton Gazette for three months that unless he appear at 
the next term of the said Court to be held for the County of Washington at the 
Court House in Washington on the third Monday in May next, replevy his estate 
and plead to said action, final judgment will be entered up against him.
