                      EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
   NOTICE is hereby given to all creditors of the late COL. JAMES LONG, of the 
County of Washington, that the subscriber qualified as executor to his last 
will and testament at December Term 1808; and they must make known their 
demands within the time limited by law, otherwise, they will be barred of 
recovery. Those indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate 
payment.
