STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA  COURT OF PLEAS & QUARTER SESSIONS  WASHINGTON COUNTY
May Term, 1819

GEORGE NICHOLLS
     vs.
SETH AUSTIN, late of Washington County

Original Attachment returnable to this Court at this Term

It is ordered that public notice be given the said SETH AUSTIN by 
advertisement in the Edenton Gazette for three months that unless he appears 
at the next term of the said Court to be held for the County of Washington at 
the Court House at Lee's Mill on the 3rd Monday in August next and replelvy 
his estate and plead to said action, final judgment will be entered up against 
him.
