STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA   COURT OF EQUITY      WASHINGTON COUNTY
Nov. Term 1809

EDWARD PAUL and ANN, his wife
           vs.
JOHN DORSEY'S ADMINISTRATORS

WALTER BELL of Halifax County, one of the Defendants in the above suit, being 
out of the State and not served with a subpoena and copy of the plaintiff's 
bill, it is ordered that 60 days notice be given as to him to plead, answer or 
demur to the complainants' bill at the next Term of the Court of Equity for 
Washington County.
                                      Teste.
