STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA -- Washington County -- Court of Equity, Fall Term 1858
--JOHN P. PHELPS Vs. ETHELRED BOZMAN ET AL. Bill of Injunction
It appearing that ETHELRED BOZMAN, defendant, is not a resident of this State, 
it is ordered that publication be made for six weeks in the Raleigh Standard, 
commanding him to appear at the next term Court of Equity to be holden for the 
County of Washington, in Plymouth, on the 2nd Monday in March next, to plead, 
answer or demur to said bill or judgment pro confesso will be entered against 
him.
