Term, 1809 JOHN D. STEWART, THOMAS C. STEWART, MARY ARMISTEAD, NANCY ARMISTEAD TO THE COURT Petition for Partition for Lots of Land in the Town of Plymouth WHEREAS, it appears from this petition that WILLIAM STEWART and JANE STEWART, who are concerned in said division, are residents of Great Britian, it was ordered That notice be given in the Edenton Gazette for six weeks requesting the said WILLIAM STEWART and JANE STEWART, by themselves, agents or attornies, to file reasons, if any they have why partition should not take place; and in case they fail so to do on or before the next term, to be held at the Court House of said County, on the third Monday in March next; then the Court will proceed to appoint Commissioners and divide the said Lots, agreeable to Act of Assembly in such mades and provided.
