THOMPSON vs. PHILLIP HENOP & JAMES HUDSON of Norfolk Original Attachment: Returnable to the Aforesaid February Term, 1819; Levied on four quarter casks of wine and 19 boxes of Raisins, found in the possession of J. L. DAWLEY, Dec. 21st 1818; also JOHN L. DAWLEY summoned as Garnishee. Judgment by default for three thousand, two hundred and twenty nine dollars with interest from the 20th of November, 1818. It is ordered that public notice be given to the said PHILIP HENOP and JAMES HUDSON by advertisement in the Edenton Gazette that unless they appear at the next Term of the said Court to be held for the County of Washington at the Court House at Lee's mlls on the third Monday of May next, replevy their estate and plead to said action, final judgment will be entered up against them.
