THOMAS WALKER
    vs.
WILLIAM DRANE

Original Attachement: Levied on Two Lots of Land in the Town of Plymouth, viz.
  Nos. 117 and 136

It this case, it appears to the satisfaction of the Court that the Defendant, 
WILLIAM DRANE, resides beyond the limits of this State: It is ordered that 60 
days notice be given him in the Edenton Gazette notifying the said Defendant 
that unless he appears at the next Term of the said Court and plead, answer or 
demur, final judgment will be entered up against him.
