I Charles N. Mason of the county and State afore Said for and in consideration 
of the Sum of fifty dollars to me in hand paid by Joshua Twiddy, the receipt 
where of is here by acknowledg have bargained and sold and by these presents 
do bargain and sell unto the said Twiddy and his heirs and assigns for ever a 
Certain track of land in Said County known formaly as ?finikings Island with 
Some adjoining Swamp
