Mrs. Thomas Baird
   Mrs. Lenoir Emmaline Baird, 88, of Valle Crucis, widow of Thomas Baird, 
died Saturday in Watauga County Hospital.
   She was born in Watauga county (sic) to Finley P. and Rhoda Smith Mast.
   Surviving are a daughter, Miss Wilma Baird; and a son Frank Baird, both of 
Valle Crucis.
   The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Valle Crucis Methodist Church.  
Burial was in the Baird Cemetery.
