Storie, was born March 6, 1869, and was united in matrimony with Granville Triplett Sept. 1, 1886. She professed religion and joined the Baptist Church at Laurel Fork Mar. 1887, but soon after removed to Roan Mountain Tenn. where she remained a constant member of the Baptist Church at that place, until her death, which occurred April 18, 1892. From the first of her sickness she told her friends that she would not recover; but she was ready for death. She had no anxiety about her future state, but felt that all was well. All her anxiety seemed to be for others; especially for those of her friends who were unconverted.
