Bradly of the County of Watauga aforesaid, my true and lawful Agent, and Attorney in facts and in law to demand, sue for collect or receive from the legal Administrator, of the monies, debts or dues, either of personal Estate of my Son William Waters, who died in the County of Scott and State of Illinois, or of Bounties, pay or other dues from the Federal Government or the government of the State of Illinois, is and I do hereby ratify and confirm, all the act or acts of my said agent and Attorney, in as full and ample a manner, as if I were personally present transacting, and consenting to the same. And I do particularly authorize and impower my said Agent and Attorney to recive the Sum of four hundred and fourteen Dollars and 02/100 after deducting if necessary all Just, debts, dues, or demands against the Estate of my deceased Son William Waters, accept for the same; and to transmit the same to whomsoever can legally demand the same; whether it be William Chance or Joseph Berry of Scott County, Illinois, or any other person ____. I do hereby authorise and impower, either of the Just men ___ persons, to transmit by exfscip mail or otherwise, the aforesaid monies, as my Agent or Attorney G.W. Bradly aforesaid may direct.
