printed in London, England, 1765, and owned by Mrs. Elizabeth Knight,
Colfax, Il; A Quaker Family]

Isaac Cox, son of Richard Cox and Elizabeth [Hall] his wife was born
the 6th of 9th mo. 1794

Sarah Cox daughter of the above was born the 30th of the 4th mo. 1796

Richard Cox son of the above was born the 27th of the 8th mo. 1801

Jonathan Cox was born the 29th of the 7th mo. 1803

Walter Cox was born the 9th of the 2nd mo. 1805

Mary Cox was born the 28th of the 12th mo. 1806

Sarah Cox departed this life the 30th of the 10th mo. 1796

Richard Cox the son of the aforesaid departed this life the 5th day of
the 9th mo. 1824

Richard Cox the father of the above children departed this life at Bloomfield
in Illinois the 9th of the 11th mo. 1824 in the 53 [rd] year of his life

Orpha Cox daughter of Richard and Mary [Griffin] Cox departed this 18th
of 8th mo. 1823
