"Priscilla Hooks Daughter of Jacob Hooks and Prisilla his wife was born the 
11th of April 1829".

"William Hooks son of Jacob and Pricsilla his wife was born the 12th of April 1831".

Henry W. Hooks son of Jacob Hooks and Priscilla Hooks his wife was born the 12th 
day of May 1835".

"Sally Hooks Daughter of Jacob & Siller Hooks his wife was born 21st March 1837".

Priscilla Jane Hooks wife of H W Hooks was born May 27 1854".

"Jesse Hooks son of Jacob Hooks and Prisilla Hooks died on the 22nd day December in 
the year of our Lord 1823".
