                    PHYSICIAN'S CERTIFICATE

                       OF REGISTRATION.

     I, A. T. Grady, Clerk of the Superior Court of Wayne County, N.C.,
do hereby certify that M. Emitt Robinson personally appeared before me
this day and Exhibited a diploma from Washington University Medical
College of M.D. and that, thereupon, he was duly registered as required
by law.

                      IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my
                      hand and affixed the seal of said Court
                      at Goldsboro, this 4th day of June, A. D. 
                      1896
