It is in a field behind the John Roberts House located on a dirt road running parallel with the above surfaced road. The Roberts graves are covered with leaves and trees and only one marker stands to mark the graves of one of Wayne Countys leading men. Number 377a. Reported to be buried in this cemetery are: John Roberts, died 1840 Wife Polly Lawhorne Roberts, dead by 1823. Wife Annie Hines Roberts died after 1850. Susan J. Broadhurst, b. 9 March, 1824, d. 24 Oct., 1847, wife of J. C.(John Calhoun) Broadhurst, (Susan was a daughter of John Roberts and his 2nd wife Anne Hines Roberts). Just outside the trees and bushes is the J.M. Rich cemetery, relatives of the second wife, Anne Hines Roberts, of John Roberts. James Monroe Rich, b. 25 Aug., 1849, d. 29 Dec., 1924.
