It is on a small road going past Woods Chapel Church, in a field with a chain link fence around it. Number 459. Elizabeth, (Ivey), wife of Benjamin I. Herring, 12-19-1821; 2-8-1897 "Gone but not forgotten". Benjamin I. Herring, 4-9-1822; 2-19-1904. C.S.A. "Gone but not forgotten". Sarah, wife of John I. Herring, 4-26-1820; 5-3-1890. Footstone S.H. "Gone but not forgotten". John I. Herring is believed to be on a stone that had fallen off it's foundation and impossible to turn over. A footstone was found with the initials J.I.H. Sarah E., wife of Benajah Sutton, 1829; 8-1-1885 "Lord, She was Thine own, Thou hast not done me wrong". Raymond, son of L.R. and Elmettie Herring, 5-14-1895; 8-22-1895 Sallie Herring, daughter of Benjamin I. and Elizabeth Herring. No dates known, but supposed to have been 100 years old at death, is known to buried there.
