Wayne County, NC - Cemeteries - Job Warrick Family File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by Cathy Blow A marker was placed on the grave of Job Warrick with the following inscription: Job Warrick Born in Virginia Nov. 18, 1798 - Dec. 13, 1879 Son of Benjamin and Sally Warrick Husband of Nancy, Sally and Clarsey Brown Father of Seventeen Children, with six sons to serve in the civil war. The larger monument with inscriptions was placed at the grave of Job Warrick, Sr. in the family cemetery on the old farm at Grantham, NC on county road SR 1203 adjacent to Horse Swamp. The smaller stone, which states the location of the grave of Job Warrick, Sr. was placed at the Falling Creek Baptist church at Grantham in the Warrick plot. Those in attendance when stones were place in Nov. 1986 by McLamb Monument Co. were: George Warrick, Leslie Warrick and Woodley Warrick.
