JOHN ATKINSON and JOHN LINSEY Bill in Equity It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of the defendants, JOHN LINSEY resides beyond the limits of the Stare or cannot be found so as to be served with the usual process, it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for two months in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said defendant appears at the next term of this Court on or before the fourth Monday in September next or on failure thereof, and plead to issue, the complainant's bill of complain will be taken pro confesso so far as respects the said JOHN LINDSEY, and decreed accordingly.
