To The Honorable Board of County Commissioners, Wayne County, N.C.

     We, the undersigned qualified voters of Brogden Township, Wayne County, 
respectfully petition your Honorable Body to call an election for the purpose 
of issuing Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000) worth of bonds for road improvement
in Brogden Township, as authorized by an act of the General Assembly of 1913, 
entitled: "An Act To Provide Township Bond Issues For Good Roads in Wayne 
County."
