Thomas W. Broadhurst from Willis Pipkin (mortgage) A tract of land
in Goldsboro, NC beginning at a stake on the south side of Elm Street
117 1/2 ft from the center of William Street runs north 72 west with
Elm Street 297 3/4 ft to within 55 yds of the center of John Street
to a stake, then south 18 west 151 1/2 yds to a stake south 72 east
297 3/4 ft to another stake north 18 east 15 1/2 yds to the 
beginning - 3 1/4 acres.
