November Term 1865
A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Wm Carraway's 
offered for probate on the testimony of M C Craton & Henry J Caraway the subscribing
witnesses thereto & is duly proved & admitted to probate & is ordered to be recorded
& David B Everitt the executor therein named is duly qualified & enters into bond 
in the sum of fifty thousand dollars with G W Collier, W H H Cobb & James H Everitt
sureties which bond is accepted by the court and Temperance Carraway widow of said 
Wm Carraway comes into court by her attorney and dissents from the said will & her 
said dissent is ordered to be entered on records.
