Know all men by these presents that we Matthew Casey Jr, Abia Herring and W 
D Cobb are held firmly bound unto the State of North Carolina in the sum of 
$500 to be paid to the state which payment we bind ourselves.
This obligation is such that Matthew Casey Jr administrator will settle estate
of Jas H Casey deceased.
