I John C Collier do solemnly swear or affirm that I believe Geo W Collier died 
without leaving any last will and testament and that I will well and truly 
administer all and singular the good and chattels, right and credits of the said 
Geo W Collier and a true and perfect inventory thereof return as provided by law; 
and all other duties appertaining to the charge reposed in me, I will faithfully 
and honestly perform with the best of my skill and ability. So help me God.
Sworn and subscribed before me this 10th day of July 1891.

In the matter of the administration of the estate of Geo W Collier, decd
Before CS Herring, CSC
Jno C Collier being sworn doth say that Geo W Collier late of said county is dead 
without leaving any will and testament and that Jno C Collier is the proper 
person entitled to Letters of Administration on the estate of the said Geo W 
Collier.
Further that the value of said estate, so far as can be ascertained at the date 
of this application is about $349.84 and that Caroline E Collier of Wayne County, 
Lizzie Fulghum of Wayne County, SP Collier of New Hanover County, Sus Collier of 
Wayne County, JC Collier of Wayne County and WO Collier are entitled as heirs and 
distributees thereof.
