Petition for account & settlement
Service of Petition acknowledged by John B Griswold adm'r of Probert C West
The report of the clerk of this court made under the order of reference of 
November term 1854 and continued from time to time up to this time having been 
filed it is ordered by the court that the same be confirmed in all respects and 
it is adjudged and decreed that the parties are entitled to distribution of the 
estate of the intestate Elizabeth Collier in the shares and amounts set forth in 
said report subject to a pro rata reduction of the costs of this proceeding to be 
deducted from said shares respectively; and it is further ordered that the clerk 
be allowed the sum of ten dollars for taking the account and making report in 
this case; and that the costs of this proceeding be paid by the petitioner Wm D 
Cobb and deducted from the gross amount or sum ascertained as aforesaid by said 
report to be in his hands.
