vs 
Jno Everitt Adm'r
Petition for acct & settlements
Referred to clerk to state a/c & report
This cause coming on to be heard upon the petition proofs and exhibits and also 
upon the report of the commissioners and being heard the court doth declare that 
there is in the hands of Jno Everitt Adm'r of Robt W Best of fifteen hundred and 
fifty seven 20/100 dollars subject to distribution between the said Rachel Best 
Wid of sd Robt W Best dec'd and Wm T Best & Bright Best heirs of the said R W 
Best dec'd
It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed that the said John Everitt Adm'r as 
aforesaid after first paying the costs of this suit including thereon the sum of 
seven dollars which is hereby allowed to said commissioners for his said account 
and report pay one third of the balance of said sum of $1557.29 to the petitioner 
Haywood Ham Exe of Rachel Best by his executing a proper refunding bond according 
to the act of assembly, one third part to the petitioner Wm T Best upon his 
executing a like bond and the remaining third part to the said Bryte Best upon 
his executing a like bond.
