In the Clerk's Office of the Supreme Court of Appeals at Wytheville, this 
September 28, 1925.

This is to certify that upon the petition of W H Thompson, sheriff of Giles 
County and as such administrator of L. Henry Fields dec'd a writ of error 
has been refused by the Supreme Court of Appeals of the State of Virginia to 
a judgment rendered by the circuit court of Giles County at the March, 1925 
term thereof, in the cause then therein depending and in which W H Thompson 
sheriff was the plaintiff and Virginian Railway Company was defendant.
