Deese and no further prosecuted and for administration of the estate of the said Francis Cogdell, whereof the said Celah Cogdell is convicted and liable, and have you the said monies at our next court to be held at Waynesborough on the second Monday if October next to satisfie the said costs, herein fail not and have you then and there this writ witness James Cobb Clerk of our said court at his office this 14th July 1788.
