To the Sheriff of Wayne County Greeting
You are hereby commanded that by good and lawful men of your county you cause 
to be made known to Disey Ginn that she be and appear at the next County Court 
of Pleas and Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Wayne at the Court 
house in Waynesborough on the third Monday of August next with her two 
children Kinchen Ginn and Jesse Ginn orphans without guardians as they may be 
delt with as the law in such cases may -- herein fail not & have you there and 
have this writ witnesses, John McKinne Clerk of our said Court at office the 
3rd Monday in May 1816
