Written: 1857

February Court 1857
A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Willis Hall 
bearing date the 17th day of June 1856 is offered for probate on the testimony of 
John B Griswold & Wm L Dortch the subscribing witnesses thereto & is duly proved,  
also a codicil attached thereto bearing date the 11th day of December 1856 is 
offered for probate on the testimony of Wm D Cobb & Needham B Cobb the 
subscribing witnesses thereto and is duly proved, also another codicil attached 
thereto bearing date the 5th day of January 1857 is offered for probate on the 
testimony of Samuel Smith & Wm D Cobb the subscribing witnesses thereto and is 
duly proved. The whole are declared by the court to be duly proved according to 
law and are admitted to probate as the last will & testament of the said Willis 
Hall and are ordered to be recorded. George W Collier & William J Hall the 
executors therein named are duly qualified as such.
