Pursuant to the annexed order issued from the court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions at 
August term 1844 we the committee therein named have examined the accounts of James
Herring guar'd to Laban W Lewis one of the heirs of Laban Lewis dec'd and do there 
upon report that we find there is due the said Laban W Lewis the sum of two hundred
and fifty nine 66/100 dollars all which is respectfully submitted Sep 1844
