Petition to make real estate assets
Service accepted by Mary Caraway, clerk of the court appointed gdn ad litem for 
other defendants and accepts service of the petition, ordered that the 
petitioners have license to sell the real estate described in the petition that 
he sell the same on a credit of six and twelve months with interest from day of 
sale after first giving thirty days notice at three or more public places that he 
take bond well secured for the purchase money and report to court.
